Buffet breakfast, beautiful view, helpful staff, good amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, very close to the town center of Arima Osen. The service provided here was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace to enjoy the beautiful view. I was also pleased with the free toiletries provided and the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning added to the overall comfort of the stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location was somewhat secluded, not very reachable from transportation. for those who manage to reach the hotel, taxis or hotel shuttles are available during the day, and the view from the rooms was stunning. the hotel also serves a delicious buffet breakfast that guests found enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit cramped for four adults, and the lack of shower facilities in the room was inconvenient.

The buffet breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. the view from our hotel room was beautiful. It was nice to be surrounded by nature and see the mountains from our window. Lastly, the hotel shuttle service was very convenient for transportation around the area.

The hotel room was too small for four adults, especially with luggage. It would have been better suited for a maximum of three adults.

The breakfast buffet was great, offering a variety of tasty options. The view from our room was stunning and made our weekend even more enjoyable. The hotel's location, although not easily accessible from the train station by foot, was surrounded by beautiful scenery that made up for the inconvenience.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel had provided transportation services from the train station, especially for those arriving later in the evening. although the onsen experience was enjoyable, it would have been better if there were shower facilities within each room instead of just in the bathroom.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the beautiful view from our room. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also great, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Although the location was a bit difficult to get to, the hotel provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the nearby Arima Osen township.
